New Life Academy Soccer

Week 1 comes to a conclusion with JV Volleyball notching a comeback win over Suffolk Christian while the Varsity Soccer team withstood the weather and a 30 minute lightning delay to secure the 5-4 win over the Knights. After struggling early and losing the first two sets, the Varsity Volleyball team showed their determination and won the third set and fought hard in the fourth before falling 3-1 to SCA. Volleyball returns to action at home 8/25 vs Ahoskie Christian while soccer welcomes Albemarle School to NLA on 8/27.

Huge thank you to Nate and his guys for getting us right! The field looks amazing, can’t wait to see our Bobcats out there!

🚨 Today’s SOCCER practice will be from 4-5:30! Please note practice is over at 5:30 today. ⚽️

And just like that the 2026-27 athletic seasons have begun! Getting right down to business the Lady Bobcats Varsity Volleyball team got things going with their first victory of the season, winning it 3-0.

Volleyball returns to action 8/21 as both JV & Varsity head to Suffolk Christian while the Varsity Boys soccer team also heads north for their first game of the season also against the Knights.
