When to wear a ruck and when to wear a vest👇

Re-upping this old thread on rucking with a weight vest versus a ruck. Rucks win for most people most of the time. But if you don’t have a ruck and/or would rather use a vest, go for it! Work what works for you. That you carry weight is more important for health and fitness than how you carry it. #rucking
