Sorry for the late post. Been chasing speed the past few weeks and fixing little things to make Chloe and Jordan faster. This past race the team finally had some good runs. Chloe had some good runs the JR3 A&B. In the first race started4th and finished 3rd. Second race started 4th and ended up 5th. Chloe and Patrick Wells JR had some good racing together all night. Jordan ran champ kart and clone heavy. Jordan started on the pole in the champ and lead flag to flag. Clone heavy started 3rd and made it up to second and finished 8th. Glad we glad the flatkart up front. Been chasing things on this one. Think we found it but going to oook for more. Chloe has a week off so we can go though her kart to make some changes. Jordan will be running the champ kart at capital city this weekend for the Dylan Brockwell memorial race. Also thanks to Josh Ayer for all the help and advice.

Ablemarle Kart Club banquet was great. Good to see everyone again before our season start. Congratulations to everyone who got trophies and won championships. So proud of our drivers this season. Chloe rapped up the season with 2 3rd place finishes in JR3. Jordan rapped the season with the Animal Champ Championship. Can’t wait til the season starts. Thanks to everyone that helped us and has given us advise and for all the support. It really means a lot to us. We appreciate everything.
Will be doing t-shirts this season but haven’t done a design yet. Jordan and Chloe will be on the shirts along with there sponsors. We want the sponsors on the shirts but don’t want to wait to long to get them going. Our first race is April 16 and would like to put in a order for the shirts. If any one would like a shirt or would like to sponsor the team please let us know as soon as possible thank you. Shirts will be $20 up to XL and $25 for 1XL and up.

Well the season is right around the corner. Phelps-Valdes Motorsports is family owned and operated karting team. As some of you know our drivers are Chloe Phelps in the #17 Titlist flat kart and Jordan Valdes in the #19 Titlist champ kart and flat kart. We currently race at ablemarle kart club in North Carolina and do run at Capital city in Ashland Va. Our home track is Ablemarle and we have raced there for several seasons now. Chloe stepped it up last season with 2 3rd place finishes in the points and Jordan won the championship in the champ kart.
Driver info- Chloe Phelps this is her 4 season in racing but her father and grandfather also raced karts as well. Chloe is a JR3 clone class and she runs 2 races a night.
Driver info- Jordan Valdes this is his 11th season in racing. He started on asphalt and now we have been running dirt for 4 season now. Jordan runs clone champ and in the flatkart he runs clone medium and heavy classes.
We are currently looking for sponsors for this race season. Your business name and logo will go on all 3 karts for advertisement for the season and also at the end of the season we would also give that business a banner to hang up in your shop or office.
Contact us here or message Sammy Valdes on Facebook thank you again for your time.

Well Williamston in the books. This was Chloe’s first time racing here. Chloe and Cullen walked the track Friday night and he showed her a few things and my man Josh Ayer came down and did tires. She did awesome but she didn’t get the finishes we were hoping for. Hit the wall pretty good in the first and in the pro race. First race she pulled off due to her wrist hurting. Second race motor side hit the wall and believe it hit the choke and bent something with the throttle. She stick it out as kind as she could. She is a trooper for sure. I’m proud of everything she did this weekend. She will be back next stronger then ever. Jordan also ran last night again. Kart was getting better and Jordan believes those tire were right for the race. Didn’t even get a lap in and the motor blew up. Thanks to everyone who made this possible for Chloe and Jordan. Was a good weekend with family and our race families.
