Bolt Energy Lithium upgrade in a 2006 Club Car Precedent. It originally had (4) 12-Volt batteries in it. Among the many benefits of lithium, this cart also lost about 240 lbs. of weight today.

Since changing my business model to mobile repair, I don't build many golf carts anymore, there just isn't enough time. I got a call from a nice lady about a month ago who was very upset about a "Coleman" golf cart that she bought from Lowe's. The cart she bought last November had developed a problem and would sometimes not run at all. She contacted the warranty company (Lowe's takes no responsibility for these vehicles) and for months they kept telling her they could not find anyone in this area to do the repairs. They finally told her to take it back to Lowe's for a refund. I felt bad for her and agreed to build her the cart that she wanted. She is now very happy.
The moral of this post is that neither Lowe's nor Coleman have anything to do with these vehicles. They are imported from China by a company called Kandi. Coleman puts their name on it and that is where their involvement ends. Lowe's also gets their cut from the sale. When you call the 800 number for repair, it is Kandi you are contacting and they are located somewhere in the midwest. Before you buy one of those vehicles, do your homework so you know what you are getting into. Lowe's will tell you everything will be fine but they have no idea and don't care. I have been contacted by Kandi several times in the last few months about doing repairs for them. I refuse because they don't like to pay on time if at all.

I am currently having problems with my phone and I am unable to receive calls. Verizon is working on the problem to get it corrected.
