A few small adjustments can make a BIG difference in your plank. 💪

Think: shoulders stacked over wrists, core engaged, hips in line, and one long, strong line from head to heels.

Good form isn’t about making it look perfect — it’s about moving with intention and getting the most out of every shake. 🩵
