A beautiful small Model 9 Wharncliffe linerlock to honor the memory of a good man. Gary Williams gave me some ivory a few years ago to practice scrimshaw on, and after he passed in October, Regina gave a few more pieces from his collection. This knife includes walrus ivory handles, elephant ivory backspacer, file work all around, polished titanium and steel.

Although he’s not on Facebook, I’d like to thank Vernie Reed for the tools and company the past couple of weeks. He was a protégé of Corbit Custom Knives many years ago. Some valuable lessons were learned today, “It’s not about what you can make, it’s about what you can fix.”
