We want to give a BIG shoutout and thank you to Shane for always coming to the rescue whenever we need equipment repairs around the club! 👏💪

The new treadmill part finally came in, and Shane got it installed with a little help from his awesome helper ❤️ We truly appreciate the dedication and hard work from staff members like Shane who help keep Etown Athletic Club running strong every day.

As Etown’s hometown gym, we always do our best to update equipment when we can and keep everything clean, maintained, and in working order. With the amount of use our facility gets every day, things wear down from time to time — but we’re committed to continually improving for our members.

We had hoped to repair a couple more items like the massage chair and tanning bed, but it looks like we’ll be replacing them instead — and that will be happening soon! Also, the belt for the other treadmill should be arriving any day now. 🙌

We truly appreciate all of your support over the years. It means the world to us as we continue growing and improving the club for our community.

Offering professional on-site massage therapy is just one of the many things that separates your hometown health club from other gyms and fitness centers.

We’ve come a long way… and we’re not done yet 💪

At Etown Athletic Club, we’re always working to improve the facility and your experience. Over the past couple of years, we’ve made a lot of upgrades—and we’re excited to keep that momentum going.

One of the first areas we improved was part of the locker rooms, including updates to the plumbing and sink areas.

And now… we’re tackling something that’s been here since the very beginning 👇

The original locker room carpet—dating all the way back to when the building was first opened as Energy Sports & Fitness—is finally coming out.

And yes… we’ve been told it was actually mopped to clean it back in the day 😂

That’s all getting replaced with hard, waterproof flooring, which will be cleaner, more durable, and a much better fit for a locker room environment.

👉 Here’s one of the flooring options we’re currently considering.

This is just one of several upgrades we have planned.
