Tammy is a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach. Fitness has been embedded in her lifestyle as she played basketball throughout high school and completed eight years of active duty in the U.S. Marine Corps. Battling with mental health conditions, she lost her love and passion for fitness and lived an unhealthy and toxic lifestyle for a few years, which led to weight gain and high blood pressure symptoms. With this wakeup call, she said enough was enough & decided to get her life back in order by living a healthy lifestyle through fitness and nutrition again. Fitness helped her conquer her mental health conditions, achieve her weight loss goal, and ultimately saved her life from the downhill spiral.
