Start your Saturday with our regular 7am class or join us at 8:30am for a special 90 minute workout 💪🎃

The September MYZONE Challenge has officially started!! 💪🔥

it’s time to lock in & get those MEPs in! 💪
Everyone who has a MYZONE has been randomly placed on a team!

This challenge is completely FREE to participate in ...we’re competing for bragging rights and of course a little friendly Camp competition. 😏🔥

" Heard about the camp from YELP. I sent a message of interest and procastinated for 6 weeks but the camp team kept reaching out weekly and were very patient.

Eventually I walked into those doors feeling defeated and I met Stephanie. She was incredible. She embrassed me with encouragement and introduced me to coach Taylor.

She was incredible. I could not do a push up or a box jump. She encouraged me and believed in me and I showed up every day. Consistently daily.I was 232 lbs when I started.

Met all the other incrdible coaches, JC, Andres, Dee. I found new friends who were kind and patient and motivated. I found new family, Randy and Lori were incredible.

Now 161lbs, I can do box jumps, burpees, full push ups...and much more. Health is the best in 7 years since I had my last born.

The camp is my family now. I have brought in friends who are now members and this place has been life changing to me and my friends"
