Hello Fellow Racers… We are bringing 1RC to The Racers Den, The first Event is right around the Corner Sunday October 27th. We will have 1RC and The Losi NASCAR class.

4:30 arrival and set up
Sign in/Practice Sessions 5:00-5:45
6pm racing starts
Fees 20$ first class, 10$ second class, 5$ for Third classes and greater.

1RC Oval at The Den:

Only Sauce allowed will be SxT provided by Racers Den.

Tire glueing highly encouraged

Rear Axle Gear must remain as what 1RC issued per each car type.
1RC4000 is correct rear axle for Midget
1RC4010 for Super Modified
1RC4001 for all other classes.
Adjustable Shocks are allowed.
TrackMate Timing Transponders.
ProTek RC 2S High Power 30C Micro LiPo Battery (7.4V/240mAh) w/JST Connector

Classes:

Novice Late Model- Allowed Cars: 1RC Dirt Late Model or 1RC Asphalt Late Model on 1Rc Dirt Late Model tires, Hard Compound Only. Lipo and 1RC radio and 1RC electronics only. No upgraded radios.

Limited Late Model- 1RC Dirt Late model
1RC Dirt Late Model tire Soft or Hard compound.
Protek LIPO battery,
8700 KV motor
1RC adjustable radius and Tie Rod not allowed. Upgraded radios allowed..

USAC Western Midget- 1RC midget lipo battery. 1Rc midget tire, soft or hard 8700 KV motor
1RC adjustable radius Rods and tie rods allowed.

360 Sprint Car- 1RC Sprint car

*** 1st annual Mini B Explosion ***

Thanks to the four drivers that came out! Neil Smith who is a EGS founding member came all the way from the Santa Rosa area! Danny Fox came out with his Mini T from Chico..We actually had one of the racers call us up and find out what was all needed and he went to the shop, bought everything needed, and we got him dialed in to run same day!!

After a few hours of practice we would run two rounds of qualifying. Due to not having enough racers yet to have enough in the heats and marshal, we did individual car Quals for 3 mins. After the two rounds it was Sawyer Bruer setting the TQ at 16 3:07.800 and claiming the TQ plaque! I came in second with a 16 3:07.950 just missing it. Crazy how close it came down to! The racer that just had bought the car a few hours before would qualify in 3rd with a 12 3:10.

Again due to the lighter turnout for this first race we decided to have the top two race for the A-main. Once we get 6 drivers then we can do two heats of three and an A and B main. Sawyer would start out P1. We both had a shaky start making silly mistakes but would so good sportsmanship waiting for the other driver. This would go one few a few laps until we got settled in. We definitely had a lot of close laps side by side which made it super fun. He is a very good driver and was even happy to be so close to his Qual time. In the end of the 4 min main I was able to take the win. I also took the Fast Lap award at a 10.26 which was only .02 seconds faster than Sawyers!! I can’t wait until we have the next one. Spread the word about these awesome cars that handle pretty close to how the big cars do for about 1/4th the price!

Round one Quals of the 1st annual Mini B Explosion 💥 is in the books! Sawyer Bruer had a shaky start but put his head down and threw down not only a new TQ but a new track record!! Stay tuned for round 2!!

Just about to start building the track. Nice little 3 hr nap! Track opens at 9 for practice with qualifying shortly after 10!! Who’s taking home some hardware?!!!
