This is an incredible opportunity where young athletes are identified and evaluated by top-level scouts and coaches to recognize potential, skill, and promise for advancement in the game. Being chosen for this experience is a big moment, it means Madison has stood out among many talented players for her technical ability, game understanding, work ethic, and coachability. COPA Talent ID Day is designed to challenge players in a high-performance environment and give them exposure to pathways that can elevate their development, and we are so excited for what she will learn and experience there. Madison has been with IR/EG Surf for 6 years, and her growth over that time has been nothing short of incredible to watch, built on consistency, dedication, and a true love for the sport. Our IR 2008 Girls ECNL-RL team closed out an incredible chapter with a 1-0 win in the State Cup Final, bringing home the championship in the last match played under the IR name!
