Pilates + Pups is TOMORROW night!
This is a FREE community class hosted by our very own Hallie! Come for a killer Pilates flow, the puppies, and help us support Hallie’s incredible non profit dog rescue. 🐾🐶

You heard right 👀 your fave Pilates instructor is holding a Pilates + Pups event this Monday (June 8th) at 6:30 PM at Drake’s The Barn!!

It’s a completely free class (though donations are super appreciated!) and if you’re a massive dog lover just like Hallie you definitely do not want to miss this.

Now if you’ve taken her class before, I can’t promise she won’t throw in her infamous Spartan ab series... but it has to be easier to get through when there are cute puppies and dogs all around you, right? 🐶 😂

25 years ago today, our founder Carrie Bain graduated from her yoga teacher training!! A decision she says totally changed the direction of her life. And honestly, from that one decision, she has changed SOOO many others’ lives as well. Thank you, Carrie, for opening UPLIFT and creating a space where everyone feels welcome and seen. 🩵

I encourage everyone to take a Carrie class. Whether it’s Slow Stretch or UHot65, both are so healing on the body and Carrie just gives everyone such care and attention. Plus you learn so much about yoga and the benefits for your body in her class.
