March is here ! Let’s FOCUS together on building and strengthening !
Starting TOMORROW March 6th , we will have 25 SOLID days of a strength focused plan!
Workouts can be done in studio with us , class times , open gyms or AT HOME !
Workouts will be set as 30 minute weight training focused sessions and of course a community full of support !
