Looking for a flexible teen job, a way to build responsibility & leadership skills, or just some extra spending money?

EGGSL is now accepting registrations for our 2027 Umpire Program! Whether you're brand new to umpiring or ready to sharpen your skills, no experience is necessary — training is provided! 🙌

💵 PAY PER GAME:
》Adult Umpires — $65/game
》 Independent Youth — $45/game
》 Paired Youth — $30/game (by request/need)

✨ Registration Includes:
✔️ USA Softball Background Check
✔️ Umpire Clinics & Certification
✔️ Minimum 2 Game Assignments

REGISTRATION OPENS: September 2, 2026 @ 5 PM

Our young team with the majority of our girls coming up from 6U this spring, made one thing VERY clear…

THEY ARE READY TO GO. 🔥

These girls got to see some great competition all weekend — talented teams, tough pitchers, big at-bats, and plenty of opportunities to test themselves. And they didn’t back down. They stepped up, competed, learned, and had FUN doing it! 🎀💪🏼

This weekend wasn’t just about going 4-0. It was about watching these little Ballers grow into their game, gain confidence, and realize just how much they’re capable of.

And trust us… they’re just getting started. 👀
