🚨 Pre-registration is OPEN for the Complete Blueprint (year-round) for competitive players ages 10–18 in the Omaha, Nebraska area.

You’ll see measurable progress in 90 days:
* +3 mph exit velocity
* +3 mph throwing velocity
* -0.1 seconds pop time (for catchers)

If she doesn’t hit the targets on her 90-day re-test, we train her FREE until she does.�Qualification requires 2 sessions/week for 90 days.

This is a connected, game-ready system—no guessing, no random drills. Training includes a weekly plan for hitting, throwing, strength/conditioning, and mental performance, with catching development included for catchers.

Today we skipped the weights and headed next door to try something new! Big thank you to Sculpt Studio and Sarah for treating our girls to their first-ever Pilates class. Misty was an incredible instructor and pushed our girls in the best way possible!
