A year and a half ago, Aby decided it was time to start her weight-loss journey. Today, she’s celebrating an incredible 90-pound weight loss! ✨

“Looking back, it's hard to believe how much has changed not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too.

From day one, working with Mimi has been nothing short of amazing. She is one of the most caring, supportive and genuine people I've ever met. She has always been there to encourage me, celebrate my victories and help me through the challenges. I truly couldn't have asked for someone better to be part of this journey.

I actually found out about this program through my best friend, and we've been on this journey together ever since. Having someone to share the highs, the lows and all the little milestones with has made such a difference.

Although I'm still continuing my journey, one of the biggest transformations has been learning to love myself. I've watched my confidence grow in ways I never imagined. My energy is so much better than it used to be, and I finally feel like myself again.

One of my favorite changes is being able to enjoy the things I love without feeling like I'm holding everyone back. I can go hiking without getting so out of breath or feeling like I'm slowing my group down. I even get these random bursts of energy where I'll dance around the house, sing at the top of my lungs and play with my dogs just because I can.

This program has been one of the best things that's ever happened to me. It didn't just help me lose weight, it helped me find myself again. It brought back the version of me that I thought I had lost, and for that, I will always be grateful.”
