Have you been wanting to try out cycling but feel intimidated or just want to get back to the basics of riding? This class is for YOU! This Saturday, Toa owner, Syd, will take you through a true beginner and fundamentals rhythm cycle class.
⚡️ 15 minutes // bike set up + form
⚡️ 30 minutes // riding with beginner choreography that you will master
This class is open to ALL for FREE! Whether you have been wanting to try or you’re a member wanting to master the basics, all are welcome.

BAN BORING WORKOUTS. 👏🏽
Life is short. Moving our bodies is one of the hardest things to fit into our schedules. Boring workouts, stale routines, and uninspiring environments don’t make it any easier.
At TOA, we choose to party.
It almost feels wrong having this much fun while sweating, moving, and getting stronger. Like… is this even allowed?!
We turn down the pressure and turn up the energy. We push you to let go, drop your guard, and discover what you’re truly capable of. Here, fitness isn’t punishment—it’s celebration.

These studios wouldn’t be what they are without the incredible women leading each class.
Being an instructor isn’t always glamorous. There are countless hours of work behind the scenes that no one sees—planning, practicing, learning, encouraging, and showing up even on the days when confidence feels hard to find. Some days we feel on top of the world, and other days we question ourselves more than anyone realizes.
But it’s also one of the most rewarding roles. It fills our cups, challenges us, and gives us the opportunity to pour into others every single day.
Toa is different because of these women. Because they are genuine, fun, creative, passionate, and absolutely badass. They create the energy, the community, and the feeling that keeps people coming back. They lift each other up, support one another, and make this space what it is.
Because of them, we get to be part of something truly special. We get to grow stronger, become better versions of ourselves, and have one hell of a time doing it.
Nothing but love and gratitude for every one of these women—and the few who aren’t pictured. We are so proud of you and so thankful to have you as part of Team Toa. ❤️🔥
