We're not just a cool gym to work out at; we're THE place to go if you need quality fitness coaching, either in a group setting, 1-on-1 instruction, or through our online training programs. Training Philosophy
While each trainer has their own style our Group Training Classes, Personal Training with Jeff, and our training facility are designed around these basic principles:
1. What does it mean to be strong? Strength is more than being able to move a heavy object. Strength is an attitude, a mindset, pure grit, courage in the face of adversity, and taking on and eventually annihilating the challenges you face. Strength training, in and of itself, trains all these and builds character. Everyone has the ability to get stronger, from the novice lifter to even the most advanced powerlifters. Strength, as defined here, is necessary to reach your fitness goals and is the foundation of our programs.
2. Endurance--physical, mental, and emotional--is also a cornerstone of our training. Our training programs include many forms of conditioning, from volume work, to metabolic finishers, HIIT-style workouts, cardio circuits, Tabatas, and more. Side effects may also include a strong sense of perseverance, determination, and general awesomeness.
3. This is probably the most important item on this list. Ours is a supportive community that supports strength development, pushing past boundaries, and bringing out the best in all our participants. We work hard and we laugh harder.

As part of my ongoing commitment to you I am required to re-certify every three years. This means attending continuing education conferences, increasing academic knowledge while also learning or reinforcing practical skills, and staying on top of the latest research. I am happy to show to you that I have once again completed the recertification process and I remain committed to serving you the best I can.
