10 days. Just 10 freaking days until I meet this baby girl. 🤍
And somehow I’m still in the gym. 😂
Not throwing around my heaviest weights. Not chasing PRs. Not trying to prove anything.
Just moving.
Because at this point, movement feels less about getting stronger and more about reminding my body, “Hey, we’re still in this.”
Some workouts feel great. Some feel awkward as hell. Some days I feel strong and capable, and other days I’m just trying to figure out how the hell I’m supposed to squat around this belly. 😂
But I keep showing up.
I’ve spent this pregnancy trying to maintain as much strength and muscle as I could, and now that we’re down to the final 10 days, my priorities have shifted.
Move my body.
Listen to my body.
Keep my strength.
Don’t overdo it.
And make it to the finish line.
There’s no shame in backing off the weight. There’s no trophy for being the most hardcore pregnant woman in the gym. Showing you & tills even whe things get hard to keep on going! 💓
Sometimes being strong means knowing when to slow down.
So here we are… 10 days left.
Still lifting. Still moving. Still strong.
Just a very pregnant version of strong. 😂🤰🏼
Baby girl, we’re ready for you. 🤍
