Congratulations to our 2026 scholarship recipient, Hailey Vraves! 🎉 We wish her the best as she heads to the University of Idaho to pursue degrees in Agricultural Business and Pre-Veterinary Medicine.

The Ellensburg Rodeo Top Hands, along with our friends from the Ellensburg Rodeo Board of Directors put together the inaugural Rodeo Trivia night Monday at Whipsaw Brewery. We wanted to shine a light on the volunteer effort behind the rodeo and encourage anyone interested in volunteering to reach out to the rodeo. We are saddened to have received news of Dave Adams’ passing. A beloved part of the Ellensburg Rodeo family for over 30 years, Dave served in many roles over the years, beginning as a volunteer, stepping up as a Top Hand, leading as a Director, and most recently as a Diamond Director. No matter the title, Dave was always there with a helping hand, a smile, and a joke ready to make everyone around him feel welcome.

Last week we lost another exceptional Top Hand and Rodeo Director, Dave Adams. We are very saddened by this news...gone way too soon.

Our deepest sympathy and sincere condolences go out to his immediate family and circle of friends. He loved serving and being a part of our rodeo. Many of us considered him more than just friends, but family. You will be truly missed! RIP Dave.
