WSU Climbing Team

I hope everyone has spent their break getting in shape for competition season!

The Pullman Pulldown climbing competition is coming up fast! WSU is the first competition of the NC3 circuit this year, February 4th (a Saturday). Registration ends on February 2nd, there are plenty of spots left, but I encourage you to register as soon as possible!

Admission is $25, which pays for all the hours our setters put into amazing routes and all the prizes and giveaways that will be available at the competition!

And for those of you looking to future competitions, pre-registration for CWU's Ropeless Rodeo will be opening soon. Once I hear back from them confirming that they are allowing registration I’ll let you know! I’m going to the comp and have a vehicle so no need to worry about transportation!

Great climbing weather so far!

The last NC3 competition of the year in Walla Walla was a blast. For a couple of our members this was their last competition with the club. We'll miss you two on the team, keep climbing Jen and Steve!

Interested in competing with the climbing team next year? There will be an informational meeting this Wednesday (April 20th) at 6:00 at the climbing wall! We are looking for members of all skill levels and experiences. Come by and see what NC3 climbing is all about!
