🚨 WE ARE ONE WEEK OUT - WE NEED YOU! 🚨 COACHES WANTED FOR FALL BALL CLINICS!

Fall Ball is almost here and we need our village!

We are looking for volunteers who can help at ONE or ALL of our clinics: Sept 15, 21, 29 & Oct 5th

Right now, we still need volunteers at EVERY age level — 5/6, 7/8, 9/10, and 11/12. We need a minimum of 3 coaches per age group to make this work!

This year will be different.
We learned a LOT from last year. We will have several stations set up on each field and everything will be more organized, more consistent, and WAY more fun for the kids.

If you can help, please comment below or message us ASAP!

Coaches: Please meet at the shed by the red field at 5:30pm before clinics start so we can walk through each station together and keep it consistent across all fields.

CLINIC BREAKDOWN: ALL times are 6pm to 7:30pm

5/6 & 7/8
Week 1 (9/15): Fielding
Week 2 (9/21): Hitting / Base Running
Week 3 (9/29): Fielding
Week 4 (10/5): Hitting / Base Running

9/10 & 11/12
Week 1 (9/15): Fielding
Week 2 (9/21): Hitting / Base Running
Week 3 (9/29): Pitching / Catching
Week 4 (10/5): Fielding

You don't need to be a pro — you just need to love the game and want to help these kids get better! Even if you can only make one night, we will take you.

We’re looking for adults willing to jump in and help run stations, work with players, and make these clinics a great experience for our kids. You do not have to commit to all four dates — if you can help with even one clinic, we’d love to have you!

This weekend 12 of our 23 board members showed up and showed OUT. That's over half our board volunteering their weekend — that's crazy!

Thank you ALL for stepping up and supporting in any capacity you could. This work doesn't happen without you.

Huge thank you to Maddie, Kate, Richard, Mandi, Gary, Ken, Ashley, Rayne, Erika, Ben, and Jake.

Also Erinn stepped up for us and supports ALL things concessions. We would certainly struggle without her while she does it effortlessly.

And a special shout out to Gary, Ken, Rayne, Maddie, Richard, and Kate who put in SEVERAL hours today. Your dedication does not go unnoticed. I hope I'm not missing anyone — please know every minute and every effort mattered.
