Open mat today had exactly the kind of spark we love. Two surprise guests rolled in from Ellijay Jiu Jitsu, and the vibe on the mats jumped instantly. Thank you Sean Coleman and Clay for making the trek. New looks, new challenges, new laughs — the kind of training that reminds you why community matters in Jiu Jitsu.

We had an absolute blast and we’re genuinely grateful they made the trip to come roll with us. Cross‑training keeps everyone sharp, humble, and connected, and today delivered all of that.

Here’s to building a new Saturday tradition — good people, good rolls, and plenty of chaos.
