I started with blast only sometimes 4 to 6 a day then I started cycling and I would do at 2 each per day then I added the row and would also do 2 a day. I rotated them every which a way but I found out that at 64 years of age that was too much . So now I started walking again 2 to 3 miles then go to HOTWORX and do two blast take a break and then do 2 rows . That’s my sweet spot and I have never felt better . I tell people all the time .
