We're experiencing problems with our software system, which means the QR codes to scan into the facility aren't working correctly at the moment.

We're on the phone with the software developer to get it sorted, but in the meantime, please use the "Check-in" function instead!

If you're an older member that has been with us for a while, and you get the "No Bluetooth access token assigned" error message when you try to check-in, just give the gym line a call and we'll quickly assign one for you!
