This ritual is designed to help you release unwanted energetic ties, let go of the past, and create space for peace and new beginnings.
Prepare Your Space — Find a quiet, safe area. Take a few deep breaths and set your intention for what you’re ready to release.
Set the Candles — Place the black candle to represent what you are releasing and the white candle to represent healing, peace, and moving forward.
Connect the Cord — Tie or wrap the cord/string between the candles, symbolizing the energetic connection you wish to release.
Add the Herbs & Eggshells — Arrange them around the candles as symbols of cleansing, protection, and clearing away old energy.
Place the Selenite Nearby — Use the selenite as a symbol of cleansing, clarity, and fresh energy.
Light the Candles — Focus on your intention and say:
“I release what no longer serves me. I let go with peace and gratitude. I reclaim my energy and welcome healing, freedom, and new beginnings.”
Allow the ritual to symbolize the connection being released. Never leave burning candles unattended, and keep flames away from herbs, string, and other flammable materials. You can also extinguish the candles yourself rather than waiting for the cord to burn.
