After a hiatus through the summer, Spin is back on Thursday nights at 5:30 PM. We are also back upstairs in the front room.
And please remember to sign up on the sheet.

Some changes to Spin this week. Tuesday at 5 AM is now moved to Thursday (5AM) with Norm and combined with mobility. Classes will now be downstairs. Added class Thursday at 4 PM with Steve.
Signups are required - if you need the sign up sheets, please let us know.

Sorry to relay that 5 AM Spin is cancelled tomorrow. Should be back on track a week from now.

Several asked for it on Tuesday so we are doing Interval at 5 AM this morning!

Steve will be leading the charge Thursday at 5 AM instead.

At this stage in the game, it looks like 5 AM Spin on Tuesday won’t happen. Steve will make up for this on Thursday at same early time.
