The bike shop will be open Wednesday 4/30 from noon til 4pm for sales and minor, quickie repairs 🙂

The shop will be open Friday 4/25 from 12-4 for sales and super simple, on the spot adjustments and flat tire repair.
Not really accepting tuneups, overhauls, restorations, resurrections, and " just check it overs" at this time.
Not servicing electric or gas powered things, sorry.

Seems like the perfect day to announce my independence from the traditional bike shop world 😃
Going forward I'll be focusing on Bicycle Tours.
If you know me, you know I'm a travelin' man.
I'm happiest preparing for, and being on an adventure.
Therefore I'll have no regular store hours.
I will be available by appointment or by chance.
I'll do my best to keep you rolling.
But, honestly, after owning a retail store for 42 years,
.... foooorty.. twoooo .. years .....
I need to do what makes me happy.

From now til the end of November I’m alternating weeks between the bike shop and bike tours.
That means quickie repairs like flats, a broken spoke, minor adjustments are still quick.
Tune-ups, on the other hand, or ” just look it over” are likely to be a 4 week or longer turn around. Tune-ups are really winter projects, imo. And honestly, if u have a cheapie department store bike that’s whipped, just go buy another one cuz itll cost less n be quicker than a Tune-up.
