Elmira Pioneers The Elmira Pioneers are part of the Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League, a summer wood bat league THE ELMIRA PIONEERS HAVE BEEN IN ELMIRA, NY SINCE 1888.

THE ELMIRA PIONEERS PLAYS IN THE PGCBL. MANY BASEBALL GREATS HAVE BEEN PART OF THE ELMIRA PIONEERS ORGANIZATION OR PLAYED AT HISTORIC DUNN FIELD; BABE RUTH, LOU GEHRIG, DON ZIMMER, EARL WEAVER, CAL RIPKEN SR., WADE BOGGS, DWIGHT GOODEN, AND MANY MANY MORE. THE ELMIRA PIONEERS HAVE AVERAGED OVER 3,000 FANS PER HOME GAME FOR THE PAST 6 SEASONS, AND HAVE BEEN IN TOP THREE IS THE USA FOR ATTENDANCE.
