It is with heavy hearts that the Elmwood Park Baseball and Softball family mourns the passing of our former President, Joe Schak.

He was a true cornerstone of our community and a tireless advocate for local youth sports. During his time as President, they poured countless hours, energy, and love into making our league a welcoming, fun, and memorable place for generations of players, coaches, and families. From maintaining the fields and organizing seasons to making sure every child had a chance to step up to the plate.

Joe’s impact can be felt across every diamond in Elmwood Park.

Our thoughts, prayers, and deepest condolences go out to Schak family during this difficult time.

Thank you, Joe for everything you gave to Elmwood Park. You will be deeply missed, but never forgotten. ⚾️🥎❤️

Elmwood Park Baseball & Softball is back in action! Practices for all levels kicked off this week, and our teams are already bringing the heat to open up the fall schedule.
💥 12U Premiere Boys: Came out ON FIRE with a statement 14-2 victory over Northlake to lock in the first win of the season! Way to set the tone, boys!
🥎 14U Premiere Girls: Heading over to Schiller Park today for a 3:00 PM matchup! Let's bring that same energy on the road—go get 'em, girls!
🧢 T-Ball & 6U: A huge shoutout to all our youngest ballplayers and coaches who filled the fields today for an awesome Players & Coaches Clinic. The future of EPBS is looking bright!

Reminder!!!!!


This Friday’s game will be a doubleheader, and we want to make sure you have all the details to plan your visit.



Gates will open at 3:45pm and your ticket will be good for both games. Each game will be seven innings, with Game 1 starting at 4:00pm and Game 2 following approximately 30-45 minutes later, around 6:30pm.



The lunchbox giveaway to the first 1,200 kids ages 14 and under, will start when gates open. Happy Hour will take place from 5:00pm to 6:00pm and kids will run the bases at the conclusion of the second game.



We look forward to seeing everyone this weekend!
