We promised you'd smile if you come ride the Hidden Valley Hammer! Last chance for 2026 is TONIGHT - June 12. Register starting at 5:00 PM. Races begin at 6:00. Don't miss out. Come join the festivities and win some free swag courtesy of our friends at Ski Hut! All registered racers and volunteers are eligible for the drawing, must be present to win.

From start to finish you have a blast at the Hidden Valley Hammer mountain bike races this Friday at 6:00 PM. All skill levels welcome. And since it’s the last race of the season we’ve got some great door prizes to give away courtesy of Ski Hut!

If you're feeling bike vibes, Hidden Valley is the place to be tonight! Mountain bike races start at 6:00 PM, checkin starting at 5. Come race hard on the front, ride easy in the group, or just cheer people on. All experience levels and abilities welcome!

Thanks to our awesome Hidden Valley Hammer volunteers! These people make this amazing event happen. We could use one or two more people to help this Friday (Jun 5) and next (Jun 12). Reach out if you can help for an hour between 4:00 and 7:00 PM.

Team BOREALIS Gives Back at Hidden Valley 💫

This month, eight riders, coaches, and parents from Team BOREALIS partnered with the Ely Nordic Ski and Bike Club to help prepare the trails at Hidden Valley Recreation Area for the start of dirt season.

Together, the group contributed approximately 15 hours of trail cleanup and maintenance—clearing debris, tidying trails, and helping ensure the Hidden Valley trail system is ready for riders to enjoy all season long.

Efforts like these are at the heart of what makes Minnesota’s trail community so special. Trails do not maintain themselves; they rely on volunteers who are willing to show up, lend a hand, and take pride in the places where we ride. Team BOREALIS demonstrated exactly what stewardship looks like: giving back to the trails and communities that support our sport.

Thank you to everyone who volunteered their time and energy to make a difference in Ely.
