Jealousy is one of the most misunderstood emotions we carry.

We're taught to be ashamed of it. To push it down. To pretend we don't feel it.

But here's what I know: jealousy is not a character flaw. It’s a compass.

When we're willing to look at it honestly, jealousy points directly at something we want for ourselves — a lifestyle, a form of freedom, a quality of being — that we haven't yet given ourselves permission to fully embody.
