One of my favorite comments this week said something like, what is she even saying? 😊 And honestly, I love that, because food sparks conversations. Food doesn’t stay still. It travels, just like people, just like stories. And when it lands somewhere new, it picks up new colors, new ingredients, new rhythms. So yeah, my baklava carries its roots, but it also carries California sunshine. Not right or wrong, just part of the journey. 🕊️
