We are a family owned (Denise & Bud Rumbaugh) and veteran operated canoe & bike rental in northwestern Pennsylvania located in the tiny town of Emlenton, on the Allegheny River. Follow signs to Emlenton 2miles. We are across the street from Dollar General. You can see all the canoes in front of our house since this is a "home business". We have our own road & ramp to the Allegheny River. If you are an 'overnight" canoer you can drive your car to the river to unpack your gear.
I just wanted to announce that we are retiring from the canoe rental & bait business. We have had 22 of the most wonderful & memorable years but its time we moved on to other things. A big THANK YOU for everyone!!

This is one of the trees in the back towards the river. Just fell over! I heard one across river fall last night too. Canoers beware-trees are falling!!!

Bud & I up river this morning & yesterday's snake up the tree in the yard.
We will be open Friday, Sat. & Sunday for canoeing & kayaking. 🚴♂️🚣♂️

Just got the bait in & I will be packing it. Rain finally stopped.
Hi Everyone, I know its been a very long winter but we plan on opening in May as soon as the weather & water levels get better.
I just wanted to let everyone know we are closed for the season. I know the weather is really nice but we are ready to enjoy the weekends too. Thank You everyone for a wonderful season & plan on seeing everyone in 2018!
