Today marks 9 years of training with me. 💪🥲

Whether I was running my original Bootcamp’s at Kamakazee kickboxing or expanding to a new location. Jenny has been by my side always working to be her best.

She followed my nutrition consulting and training program, now it’s her lifestyle. What was once hard is now simply habit.

Jenny is more than an amazing member, but also a great friend!

Thank you Jenny for being such a huge part of our gym and my life. I appreciate you so much! Here is to many more years together! 💪💪👊
