The Bartholomew White grape juice: 3 Tbsp / 45 mL
Pineapple juice: 2 Tbsp / 30 mL
Fresh lime juice: 1 Tbsp / 15 mL
Sparkling water: 2–4 Tbsp / 30–60 mL
Blackberry or black cherry juice: about 1 tsp / 5 mL, optional
Then add 2–3 whole blackberries, a lime wheel, rosemary sprig, and ice.Make it: Fill a glass with ice. Add the white grape, pineapple, and lime juices. Top generously with sparkling water and give it one gentle stir.
The fun part: Pour just a tiny splash of blackberry or black cherry juice over the top and don’t fully stir it. It creates dark, smoky-looking swirls through the golden drink—almost like Bartholomew transforming from stone while that little bit of gold shines underneath.
