Spartan Boxing Club - Emporia KS

Spartan Boxing Club - Emporia KS We offer non-contact classes that focuses on teaching the fundamentals of boxing as well as basic fitness techniques. We also have an active Competition team.

The sole purpose of this program is to use the sport of amateur boxing as a vehicle to teach young men & women the value of work ethic, sportsmanship, & the relationship between setting a goal & obtaining it through self-discipline and safe exercise. Competitive boxing through Golden Gloves and USA boxing starts as young as 8 years old. We train our competitors until they pass our coaches assessment (no timeline, it’s different for every kid). We take our team to compete at (Amateur) events and tournaments on the national level. Spartan Boxing Club is actively working towards providing our community, here in Emporia, with top class amateur boxing events in the near future. Personal boxing lessons are available. Haven’t been doing a good job of taking selfies… but fitness boxing is still going strong 💪🏼!
You can join at anytime! There is no start date! Come try it out!
Not only do you get a good workout in, some laughs, some frustration out, sometimes you even learn a little too… for example, GLP-1 shots, they counter act your birth control. 💉😳 🥽⛑️So if you didn’t know, now you do! You’re welcome! See it’s even a educational morning!!

No Contact - Except hitting the punching bags! Great way to relieve built up stress and anger!

Wear socks or wrestling/boxing shoes - if not your piggies will be out.
If you have boxing gloves bring them - if not we have plenty.
Water Bottle - if not, there is a water fountain
Bring smiles and laughs - if not well then your loss. 🤪

It's with heavy hearts that we say farewell to one of our own tonight. Fransoir Hardie has been with Spartan Boxing from the earliest years of its existence. He is moving on to other adventures in Michigan. A seasoned competitor from the club and a valued and respected Coach to our boxers. All of us at Spartan Boxing wish you a heartfelt good luck. We will miss you. God's safety be with you and make sure you keep in touch!
