Dance prioritizing the freedom of your movements, free from inhibitions. Imagine that the music guides you towards your achievements, until the moment comes when you have already accomplished your achievements.

Being happy is not just a life goal, but a habit!
One of the simplest ways to turn it into a habit is to smile more.
Go into a room of frowning people and give them a big smile... It’s very hard for them to resist smiling back at you – it’s a contagious loop of happiness.
And if you crack a smile after a long stressful day, you’ll actually feel better.
When you smile, your brain releases dopamine, serotonin and endorphins that boost your mood and happiness level.
My Mom was Miss Smile of her town in Brazil. I swear her life mission was to bring order to chaos. Her smily nature transformed the most challenging moments into hopeful ones.
Feel-good benefits aside, smiling can also affect your job performance. A study by a team of economists found that dopamine triggered by happiness can make us more creative and efficient.
So the next time you’re feeling like a pick-me-up, try busting out your pearly whites and it could give you the lift you’re looking for.
