I’m deep in planning mode for the Strength Workshop & Retreat Immersion, and I’m honestly getting really excited about it.

As I’ve been laying everything out, I realized we’re going to cover close to 100 different movements, drills, and variations over the weekend.

Don’t worry — you’re not expected to master them all.

The goal is to expand your movement toolbox so you always have options and never feel stuck or bored with your training.

We’ll cover things like:

• mobility and joint prep
• hinge and squat variations
• single-leg strength
• push and pull progressions
• pull-up prep
• kettlebell skills
• core and stability work

It’s going to be a very hands-on, small group experience, and I’m really excited to teach this material.

Planning this workshop retreat is going to be one of the greatest joys of my life. 💛

I’ve been pouring so much heart and intention into every detail, the educational teaching sessions, the movement work, the nervous system reset, the journaling, the quiet moments to truly slow down and reconnect… and yes, even the food will be simple, nourishing, and supportive of the experience.

This isn’t just another fitness weekend.
It’s about getting strong, getting clear, and creating real space to drop back into yourself in a powerful way.

Something new is happening this May. I’ve been wanting to do this for a very long time!

I’m hosting a small, intimate 3-day Workshop + Retreat Experience here in Encinitas, May 15–17.

This is for women who want to:

• Build real strength & mobility
