Today marks 10 Years since Ian "Poods" Barry passed away.
While the wound will never fully heal, the work done in his name at Rollin' From The Heart, the friendships built by shared grief and the shredding done in his name at Poods Park™ brings a small slice of solace to all who were lucky enough to know him.

Gone but never forgotten.
We forgot to celebrate Poods Park 6th birthday on New Year’s Eve. It’s insane that much time has already passed.
We’ve watched incredible locals grow up before our eyes like Dylan Jaeb shown here. He’s without a doubt our LOTY (local of the year) he’s always ripping the park with a kind smile from sun up to sun down.
Cheers to 6 years.
Thanks for making Poods one of the best places on earth.

Mayor Catherine Blakespear and the current City Council made sure there was a neighborhood skate spot included in the new Olympus Park in Leucadia that is opening soon. We didn't have to petition or beg. It was included in the process from the beginning. The park looks really fun.
If you live in Encinitas and are a skateboarder theres only one choice when you go to the polls this month, vote for Mayor Blakespear, Kellie Hinze and Tony Kranz.

Every generation of Encinitas skater has taken a big summer trip to europe after high school as a rite of passage. The Mohkie boys did it proper.
PREMIERE: MOHKIE EUROPE 2019 - Jenkem Magazine SoCal stoners took over Europe for a summer and came back with this tweaked out masterpiece.
