We had an excellent support group after Saturday class today with The help of two guest Licensed social workers. We were thankful to the social workers who helped Facilitate today’s group with motivation as our focus. I am able to help anyone who needs get in touch with them for any reason. We are proud to be a full wrap around service Rock Steady Boxing and help our boxers to the best of our ability. Parkinson’s is a movement disorder disease which makes it very difficult to complete more than one movement/cognitive task at a time. We are working hard to challenge the brain and body and promote confidence through task oriented exercises rather than fear of multitasking. We are all capable and with exercise and hope can slow the profession of Parkinson’s symptoms. http://sfvalley.rsbaffiliate.com/
