Upper Valley Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

We are starting wrestling classes on Thursday nights from 5-7pm. They will be taught by Mascoma High School wrestling coach, Rick Simula. First practice is tomorrow night. No wrestling experience is necessary. Come out for some fun wrestling conditioning and drills.

Congrats to Forrest for getting promoted to yellow belt earlier this week! He is moving to IL at the end of June. He will continue to train BJJ with his dad, Bill. Make sure to get some training in and say bye to Forrest before he leaves.

Spring Women’s Self Defense Course is off to a great start.
