Trainer Spotlight: Clayton

Clayton Evans is an IFA Certified Personal Trainer and IFA Certified Sports Nutritionist with over 6 years of experience in the Health and Fitness Industry. After years of struggling with his health and fitness, Clayton became a client at ATO Fitness and lost over 30lbs w/ the help of a personal trainer. Seeing his own transformation, Clayton dedicated his career to helping others achieve their goals.

Clayton spent several years working with corporate gyms: developing fitness programs, training other trainers, and working with Nutrition and Wellness Companies to create a well-rounded approach to Health and Fitness. His approach with clients is simple – small changes in fitness and diet that will have the largest impact and will fit into a client’s busy lifestyle.

Meet Justin!
Coach Justin is a United States Army Veteran, and Ultra Endurance Runner. As an Infantryman he served one combat tour in Afghanistan. After leaving the military he earned his Bachelors and Masters Degree in Exercise Science. He is also a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a Tactical Strength & Conditioning Facilitator (TSAC-F) through the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA).

Ciara began her athletic journey from a very early age. She learned to ski and hike mountains with her family at just two years old. Growing up, she was competitive runner who reached the national level in high school track. Once her passion for running wore off, she knew she needed to find a new outlet to feed her competitive side. This is when she began her Brazilian Jiu Jitsu journey. It gave her the opportunity to learn self-defense but more importantly fill her training purpose. She has won many local tournaments and even graced the podium at a world level. Jiu jitsu keeps her hungry. She is currently a purple belt with the intention of eventually earning a black belt one day.

Jiu jitsu has given her a renewed self-confidence. It has taught her invaluable life lessons and inspired her to help others who have self-doubts about their own physical and mental strength. What she has learned over the course of her journey is that you must take ownership over your life and to not be afraid to do things that seem difficult. She will teach how to face your fears head on and show you how powerful you truly are. When she isn’t rolling on the mats, you can find her doing yoga, snowboarding, and climbing all of the mountains. She is a NASM certified personal trainer. In addition, she has a degree in Integrative Physiology from the University of Colorado. Her specialties include rehab, injury prevention, weight-loss, mobility, and sports performance. Her goal is to help you become the best version of yourself.

With 5 years experience in the fitness industry, I’ve learned how to train clients and get them results! Focusing on injury prevention and functional training so you can workout for the long haul. Fitness is a marathon, not a sprint.
You will look good while also moving better, becoming stronger, giving you a better quality of life, and God willing a longer life span.

Some of the clients I’ve had the privilege of training are an ultra marathon runner, semi-pro soccer player, a pastor, and a broncos cheerleader. I enjoy working out, hiking, trail running, climbing 14ers, yoga and playing guitar.
