Enjoy a gentle Yin yoga flow, sound bath crystal bowls, and the setting of the sun while receiving the calming and uplifting effects of a Crystal Sound Bath. Gift your body and mind to Yin at the Beach with deep stretching, longer holding as you allow the deep connected tissues (fascia) to soften, giving you more flexibility and mobility in the body and calm in the mind and nervous system.
Soothing sounds and vibrations designed to promote relaxation and inner calm as you connect with nature and find your inner tranquility, joining our hearts and our smiles together for this evening practice in movement, breath, stillness and meditation.
