Grand Rising…. Day 7 for squats and hummmm 35 today was tough… Pain before Pleasure😬 you would think it would get easier😬 but… WE got this🏋🏾‍♂️… I’m gonna be too sore to dance at my party 🎉 NOT 💃🏽

I did 5 EXTRA squats this morning 🤦🏽‍♀️
day 6… 25 squats I did 30🏋🏾‍♂️
Drink extra water 💦 get some extra movement in🏋🏾‍♂️💃🏽🏃🏾‍♀️🚶🏾‍♀️and trust God!
