Y’all, my class showed out tonight! This was my last in-person class at Fort Rucker, and the OGs came through with so much love and support. I know life gets busy, so I truly appreciate each of you for supporting me from BBS to Daleville to Enterprise to Johns Chapel Gospel Step and back to my backyard. I’m so blessed to have met all of you, and I wish you all the best on your fitness journey. I hope to see y’all in a virtual class soon!
