Opening day of Montana elk tomorrow... Picked up a wolf tag today as well. We've seen moose elk mountain lions whitetails mule deer bear quail turkeys grouse.... Really missing my son but I'm gonna make him proud this week and that's all I want to do. I have a hell of a hike in the morning to get to where I want to be. Dads gonna stay a little closer so I'm going to be solo. When I want something I put my mind to it and nothing is going to stop me.. Wish me luck hopefully a bear doesn't eat me( unfortunately someone would be too happy so we can't let that happen) ... Love you all and I'll see you on the next Montana report !!!

I know the chaos went mia over the last week.. so here's life.. broke the drive shaft in the main motor.. been down for the count.. boat is currently going to be done for tomorrow... Today I took the kids to school... Parked my truck and started to unpack.. oil all over the under side of my truck.. off to the dealer... The oil pan is leaking and needs replaced so now I have no truck and I'm in a rental.. they can't keep me down for long but I'm still going to try to run some end of the season trips to get some $ back because boy have I lost out on a bunch.. just giving everyone a life update and appreciate all the calls and messages with everyone checking in because I've just been in a slump.. be back soon better than ever 💪

They keep trying to get me but..... I'm still here and KICKING!!!! WOW WHAT A STORM! We just got ripped with a tornado... Clouds moving in ways I've never seen... Green sky... Not out of the woods yet 11pm still under a watch. Unsure on boat..65+ mph winds... Going to be a long night... Watched the tree snap in half took off full sprint and dove into the bathroom... Thought it was over... Unbelievable
