Things I no longer do that have improved my life 😍
• stress over unfinished tasks - they’ll be there tomorrow almost always!
• saying yes to everything - it’s hard to do all the things all the time so being honest about what I can and can’t do has greatly improved my relationship with myself and others.
• feeling badly about my body for how it looks - in this fitness space it’s hard not to be critical of every little thing, so I choose to be proud of what my body is capable of over what it looks like!
• worrying about sugar and caffeine - real talk, I’m never giving up either so letting go of the idea that I will has released unnecessary stress!
• sacrificing down time to work more - putting value into things that aren’t work related as also being productive matters, money is not the only thing in life that measures success.
• giving negativity attention - it’s so easy to feed into the complaints and the judgements, choosing not to and focusing on what matters to me changed my perspective on whats available for me in this life.
• believing I’m “too old” for anything - age is a number, I’m just getting better and better each day I put the effort into just that.
• letting outside opinions matter more than my own - at the end of the day, if I’m living my life with good intentions and in a way that serves me, all other things are irrelevant.
What have you recently given up on and realized it was for the better? 🤔

Confessions from your Coach!🫣
We’re human, too! 😝

Last run of the summer ☀️🌸🏃🏼♀️
I started running a 4 mile loop around my house at the beginning of August. It was a way to kick off running regularly while making myself do something outside my comfort zone that takes more mental toughness than physical for me. Then I set the goal to run 10 miles each week and getting 4 right at the beginning of the week was a good way to kick that off.
I’ve gotten faster and more resilient while exercising the ‘do hard things’ part of my brain. 🤓
You can do whatever you tell yourself you will do. It comes down to the action over the plan.

Client shoutout! ♥️💪🏻
This woman works so hard I love giving her challenges she doesn’t believe she can achieve each week🤩 Then she crushes them!
Near 10lbs of body fat down in the last 2 months as a result of:
✅ consistent training 3-4 days a week
✅ eating a nutritious diet that included cutting out extra sugar
✅ sleeping 7-9 hours each night
✅ walking daily or consistently getting 7-10k steps each day
✅ cutting out comparison to others
I am so happy for her! 🙌🏻

Being a coach is believing in someone more than they believe in themselves at times. 💛
It’s meeting people where they are and paving the pathway to where they want to be. 💭
It’s supporting others without envy. 🙌🏻
It’s witnessing personal growth on the daily! ☺️
& It’s one of the most rewarding things I’ve ever gotten to do!

•If something great happens in your life and the people around you aren’t happy for you—that’s a problem•
Find new people.
Do you surround yourself with people who make you better?? If not, how much longer are you gonna wait to find those people?
Share with the people who mean the most to you how much you appreciate them.
Don’t spend too much time with people whom you think will make you look better. Spend it with those who make you feel better! 🙌🏻

She is disciplined and works hard! Stepping out of her comfort zone is the norm now.
Great results happening for this woman. Why?

• gets good rest especially sleep!
• consistency
