If you signed up for Novice or Advanced this year, check your email and spam for an MYAA email that has the code for our SportsYou app we use for communication and calendars.

Get to open mat tonight and/or Thursday to give it a try before signing up! If you know you're signing up or already have, we encourage you to come. Tonight and Thursday from 6:00-7:00. Come a little early if you need to sign a waiver. No special gear needed. Clean, wiped down sole, shoes and normal workout clothes.

Season practice is not finalized. There are a lot of teams we need to schedule around. Right now, we EXPECT practice to be the following:

Novice: Wednesday/Friday 6:30-7:30
Advance: Monday/Wednesday/Thursday 6:30-8:00
All Ages: Saturday 11:00-12:30 when available

The open mats to try out before committing do not require any special clothing, shoes or headgear. Wrestlers need to wear workout clothing and bring clean sneakers that have the soles wiped off at home or they can go in their socks. Each parent or guardian needs to sign a waiver for their wrestler to participate.

Riptide Wrestling Once all the squares have been selected, we will randomly pick numbers from 0-9 for each team in the Super Bowl, and assign that number to a particular row or column. These numbers represent the last number in the score of each team. In other words, if the score is AFC 17 - NFC 14, then the winning....
