Each of the 3 workout parts last just 16-minutes each. Segmented workouts have been shown to minimize monotony and increase understanding and enjoyment amongst users. An additional perk benefit of segmented exercise programming is the users ability to easily identify how deep into a program they have gone and how close to finishing.
